First Location Based Mobile Game??

I still need to upgrade my OS so I didn't try this yet but it could be interesting. Only problem is when I watched the trailer it proclaims itself as the first location based mobile game! LIARS!!

Someone try it out and report back...

Dunno, there were some games that never even made it to the app store that were first I think. I forgot the name, something about being a neighborhood drug dealer. There was also some game out for Blackberry that used location in someway but I forgot the name of that one too. I think it was out before iPhone even offered location services to devs.

"Zombies, Run!" is a fun little location based game and it's been out for awhile. Not as long as tw but still.

I player it like twice. Cool
Concept but I couldn't be bothered to drive around all night to play it properly. if I was still a teenager content with cruising around all night I could see it being fun. Gone are the days of $5 bucks filling your tank though.

Left a turf wars mention and all.

Seriously, that game wanting all that facebook access was definately some stupid marketing scheme. Looks like most people were smart enough not to fall for it.

I think Parallel Kingdom was first loc-based fight game. Turf Wars came out after. CW wasn't out before TW nor would I consider it a loc-based game anyway.
