No GPS Location

A day or two ago I suddenly got a message from the little phone in the corner saying something about my GPS location not being found, and suddenly I can't capture any turf. When I try, it says "no problem, just go to the map and hit the [curved-arrow symbol] button to refresh." I don't see that button, though, and when I hit "Reload" on the map it doesn't fix it. I didn't do anything to make my GPS location go away—how can I get it back?

Close the app and relaunch it

Try a full closure of the app, then when you re-open the app go to the map, it should show your current location - if that has registered correctly you should be able to plant/cap within your current turfs radius.

If that doesn’t work check you have decent mobile/wifi connection and also check the app has permission to use your current location (in your device settings).

Thanks guys! Turned out my phone location service was just turned off suddenly, don't know how it happened. But we're good now. :D

If you had other apps that were using your location (snapchat, Pokémon go, etc) that could be why you were encountering problems..

I've found I have significantly more problems loading up the map with those types of apps running in the background
