I’ve been trying to research what capos are, how one gets a capo, and what the benefits of having a capo are? If anyone could take the time and help me out I would be appreciative. Thank you

How you get one: you have the highest influence in a city.

Benefits: you don’t have to pay police protection there. It’s not really useful.
