#4: The Commission - Amazing these guys are still going, having fought CAPO now for perhaps 7 years straight? Broken and batter, a small core of vets keep trudging forward.
#5: Reign In Hell - Much like TC, just a few mainstays keep RIH going. Not much to say that hasn't been said before.
