Smart people tend to steer away from political office. Most politicians have law degrees, which means they have obtained a decent level of education. But it is not a requirement, and our current president seems to appeal bigly to the less educated.

I didn't mean to imply that Trump doesn't appeal to other people as well. He appeals to most Republicans and a few Democrats. Im simply saying that, in addition to others, the less educated particularly like his use of language.
I was responding to the 2 quotes above. One was Biden's inability to form a sentence, and the other was Trump's random flight of ideas.
And by the way, uneducated does not mean unintelligent.
