I've never really figured out what the point of the bank was in this game???

It is money that cannot be lost from an attack... and that’s it. But the bank will take a large percentage of it anyways, so yea, there’s really no point.

The bank is useful in the unlikely situation of having a low income while being attacked by several others. Having a “ nest egg “ that won’t be drained by continuous attacks would be helpful in that event.
