Any monster pc builders out there? Extreme gaming machines or mining rigs?

I have a semi decent rig i built myself:
Motherboard: asus prime z370
Cpu: intel core i7 - 8700 3.2ghz
Gpu: geforce gtx 1660 ti
Ram: trident gskill 16gb
Power supply: antec gold 750w
Cooler: cooler master liquid cooler
Hdd: western digital 2tb
Ssd: samsung 970 evo 500gb
All in a cooler master tower

Any idea what would be a decent gaming desktop to buy? I know fuck all about building PC's and have been considering replacing my current PC for a while now..

120ssd Kingston, for main os and music program
Multiple hdd 500gb-1tb drives
GPU Radeon rx580 (new, GTX970 bummed out)
Power supply 500w
Corsair tower, nothing fancy

MSI builds very good gaming laptops of that's an option.
As for desktops: if it's games you want, make sure to get a graphics card with an NVIDIA chipset; GeForce is the best one out. Radeon is ok, cheaper, but not always good enough for the newest games. Dedicated RAM for the graphics card is preferable. At least 12 GB or memory, faster is better.

Speed of the CPU is less important, but having more cores is nice. Personally I would prefer an AMD fo CPU in a desktop, as they are slightly better at doing multiple things at the same time, but Intel would be better for games where simulations play a role (No Man Sky for example.)

Not as much a PC enthusiast, but I teach Computer Science.
For a desktop don't bother with WiFi, use ethernet. Faster and more stable.

I have a msi laptop that i upgraded the to 32gig Viper and the system drive from 128 gig pcie sata to 1tb nvme. Its a couple years old though so Im looking at the bigger machines now. Im not sure if its possible but i think it would be better if i could order than next one with no ram, ssd and hdd inside it. I will end up just taking that shit out anyways.

Oh and that nvme runs really hot. Hoping a bigger machine might handle it better. My machine is small and only has room for one. The bigger ones can take 3 so i hope they cool better.

Um, that would be buying a tower and motherboard, then rebuild with current hardware. New mobo may need new ram though...

I have a 1660ti with 32gb ram and a 1tb ssd I got for my birthday.. it runs overwatch/crysis 2/a few others Max settings at North of 100fps so I'm happy there.

Works for me seeing as I used to game primarily on a ATI Radeon 3650 HD running Vista lmfao, and up until then I’ve never experienced gaming at high frames.
