My Last Turf

I started playing TW in 2011, a little mobster California who didn't know shit. (Some might say I still don't know shit.) I quickly fell in with local players like Excelsior Mobb, Nasty Legacy, and yomama1064. Built a little crew called WSS that became a solid group of guys and a feeder group for BAIC, where I ended up in 2012.
While I took a long 4-year break from TW, the 9 years since I started playing have seen much change. Had to start a new career, lost my best friend to murder, got married, graduated college, and enrolled in grad school. Needless to say, it's been a crazy 9 years. And now here I am, a 0-turf mobster once again.
I came back to TW in 2017, but it had changed. People were taking the game super personally, and there was a lot of hard feelings that transcended the game. We all have friends and enemies here, but TW should never be personal. Should never cross lines into personal lives. I'm sure all of us have enough real life stress without engaging in all the negativity here. I know I do.

Anyway, too many names to mention here of people I grew to like and respect in-game. If we ever chatted or PM'd, you are probably on that list. I'm going to pull a Dunn and hang around a few weeks to add as many people as possible, so if you want that one extra mob, you can add SFOG. And feel free to post your code on my wall.
Lastly, I just want to say RIP Pocket. For those of you who played alongside Pocket or against him, you know he was a really good dude. A nice guy. He deserves to be remembered here alongside our other fallen players. Pocket 1984-2019.

We didn’t have much interaction 415 but I remember Pocket well. He was a good dude to me in game. Very sorry to hear this news about him. Hope RL treats you well and best of luck. 👍🏽💪🏽
