Mercury in particular can only be seen during twilight, very close to sunset or sunrise. Its orbit is so close to the Sun in space (only 39% the size of Earth's orbit), it does appear very close to the Sun even in the sky as seen from Earth. You could not see it during the day, of course, because the sky is so bright.

Since the earth rotates once every 24 hours as we spin around the sun noon must still be on this side. But it’s not dark at noon? Weird. Almost like the earth is flat. -

There's a solid link with good evidence. If the earth were flat, why would everyone not experience the same time zones, and seasons as well.

When you say "glober" I feel like you are being condescending. Is there a more PC term for people that still follow mainstream science that isn't so degrading.
