How much does a house cost approx in Canada
Forums › General Discussion › How much does a house cost approx in Canada-
I am thinking of going to the best place in the north USA..because
I love the accent(it's so sexy)
I love the punky guys with the long fringes and dyed black straightened mop tops..
Also I love the cold weather since I'm from Wales which is lucky to have two weeks a year of temperatures that exceed 20°c.. also I love nature and have never seen a moose or bear or Wolf in real life.. in Wales our wildlife consists of spiders and birds butterflies and sheep.. 😋 . ..

Skip canada and come to texas, we got lions and tigers and bears oh my! Plus its warmer down here.

Maple fever, eh? Build the wall.

We’re a pretty big country geographically so you could spend from $300,000 to $10,000,000 What’s your budget and I’ll tell you where you can live.

You should ask how to get citizenship before asking about house prices.
-
I saw one for only $54k, has a little fire damage, though. I'd say go for it.
-
All depends on what size/style of house you want/need. Also depends on wether you want to live in a big city, small city or rural area.
-
Renting or buying?

Wait, do you mean Canada has restrictions on who can live there? I thought that was racist. 😏You should ask how to get citizenship before asking about house prices.

You need to bring money or have a job. Its not about race...

Have you seen any Canadian news lately? Canada has very lax immigration policies, especially for reformed terrorists 🙄℣į₭ϊ₦Ǥ👹 wrote:

Interesting, you just can’t show up and request to live there in order to seek a better life? Canada is harsh.

Pretty sure Welshy is very White, so race is not part of this conversation. Not to say it couldn’t ever be, though.

Housing Affordability is considered (by some anyways) to be at “crisis” levels in Canada’s primary markets, including the Greater Toronto Area and Vancouver Area.
In the GTA, the average resale house is $830,000 Cnd. Expect to pay more in Vancouver, which is in and around a million. Montreal has much more reasonable prices and is also Canada’s second largest city (after Toronto), so that may be an option to look at.
Overall, the average house cost across the country is just under 500k.

Google Curiousity Inc potters house and watch the YouTube videos on it. Last I heard he hadn’t sold it yet and was way way under 200k. I was really surprised how little he paid for it (first episodes called it the hoarders house) but it was interesting series to see life in Canada down in the temps where Celsius and Fahrenheit are the same :).

And no, because we accept refuges does not mean we have lax immigration policies. We have immigration camps where we seperate families similar to the USA. -
With all that being said, send me full body portrait photos of yourself and then we can discuss marriage at an arranged expense.
