How am I able to tell if a Mobster is still active? Like without messaging or looking at dates they have built turf?

capture one of their turfs, if they are active they will likely reach out to you, if not keep capturing their turf.

I have found people that are still active but not claiming any turf. I am just curious if there are other ways

Check and see if their mission total increases over a few days. Or if their weapon totals change
