There’s a few discrepancies here.
Not as accurate as previous editions. -
Looks to me like it was rushed into publication.

A new alliance formed out of the ashes of a number of groups that fought BAIC as part of the East vs. West war. Fungal includes elite players from M. Inc., Stars, Manns, M@d and even former TWFC players that have been brought together into a confederation against BAIC. Fungal was viewed by the committee as having a strong ranger and mid-sized player base, that has seen recent successes against BAIC in areas where fighting is in close quarters and primarily range based. The lack of mega (100k plus mobs) and secure income areas were noted as Fungal's limitations and the difference between 2nd and 3rd place.

I insist on a recount. There is no bay area consortium alliance in this game. Until such time as a recount can be conducted the power rankings vol. 4 should be stricken from the records.

I used to be in the same family as Persephone. While I don’t communicate with him as often as I used to because I’m in a different family now, knowing him, I took his comment to be a sarcastic joke with the constant “TW is dying” theme that goes on in here.
Or I could be dead wrong and he actually meant that 🤷🏻♂️.

It was Sarcasm Mystery- I apologize, I must improve my performance in that arena. I was reading the latest rankings and thinking while a lot is the same, there have been some noteworthy changes. Those changes indicate, despite rumors of death, there is strong life occurring.

While this has ensured that the alliance only grows by admitting the best of the best, this policy has not favoured BAIC's overall power ranking in the current environment of veteran attrition and slow new player growth.
