So some of you guys helped me out and said I should go for an airport, and said I can travel by bunnyhopping, so I bunnyhopped to my local airport (tri cities airport) and apparently i'm not 3.1 miles away from it but I have a turf right next to it, so is my airport not considered an airport? wtf i'm confused

It has to be an active “in game” airport. Not all airports are live unfortunately or fortunately depending on how you look at it. I believe there is a list of active airports under one of the tabs on your profile page or maybe in a help discussion forum thread.
Don’t get discouraged. Regroup and keep hoping. It def sucks at first but is worth it once you spread your wings. Good luck.👍🏻

I believe SeaTac would be your closest active airport.

You’ll need to hop to either SeaTac or Portland. Don’t be discouraged by the distance. Just hop a little every day.

Yeah not all airports are active, I have a couple pretty close to some of my turfs but they aren’t in game airports so it doesn’t matter. Seatac is your best bet

You can find a list of TW recognized airports on the get help page on the home screen, under airports.
