I’m supposed to log out of this account to log into my old account. How do I do that?

Deleting the app and re-installing worked for me on iOS. If you’re on Android and that doesn’t work for you, you can try deleting the Turf Wars cache thru your settings app.

Weird. I’m on iOS too and when I delete the app it logs me out. I’m not sure what the issue is, at this point you may want to contact support again and explain that you can’t log out.

On Ios some devices log you out when you do a simple Uninstall then reinstall. Some dont. For example, I could logout that way on an iPhone 7 but not my iPhone 5s. Think you have to send support your device's UDID to have the account removed.
