Just redownloaded the game and really wish I could get into my old account considering it has 7000 mob and it’s impossible to mob up now. Anyone ever been successful recovering an account through the request form?

I got back into my account after 4 years gone. Message support and wait. They take a while, but they’ll respond eventually.

What if you sold your old account to some random person for iTunes cards years ago then made another troll account which in turn caused both old and new accounts to be banned? Asking for a friend he wants his original account back.
