Banned for using another device

Is it against the rules to use another device and let a spouse travel with it and drop turf for me across the country? I did that with my main account and got banned. Or does Support think I’m just spoofing? Thoughts?? I sure would like my main account back.

TOS changes all the time but I’m pretty sure one of the concrete rules is still, you are the only person who is allowed to use your account. When your wife traveled with it and dropped turf, you broke TOS. I assume you were also using that same account on a secondary device which remained in your home town/area? 2 locations of play on the same account is a def ban.

TOS is pretty easy to get to. In almost 9 years of play I have never read them. But i know better than giving someone my account or playing from two devices in different locations. Gps spoofing, scripting, harassing other players all punishable offenses. While what you did might seem minor its still a cheat.

As for TOS read it or don’t. It hasn’t been updated in 6 years. If you ask a question about any detail of the TOS, or a feature of IOS / Droid that did not exist when TOS was last “updated”, they just tell you to read and follow the TOS.

I used to play this app. I forget the name but I loved that damn app; it was kind of clash of clans style but with real guns and shit. Anyway, then they changed it and I didn’t like it anymore. So I deleted it from my phone.

I think everyone knows of mules being used for one reason or another. Building income areas or shutting down airports helping on front lines in wars etc... why would using one in a v be any different?

To be fair, this guy is asking about using 2 devices on 1 account. We all know players in just about every alliance that blatantly use multiple devices on 1 account. Particularly to attack and/or to heal. You can complain to the devs all you like. They just send you their standard responses. What bothers me, is that they are punishing this small noob for it. It’s no wonder the game has dropped off so much when the big boys get away with stuff the noobs are being reprimanded for. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Not sure what you’re implying here, but no strike for me. You’re such a bitch you don’t even chat here with your main account. It’s okay to have multiple accounts, that’s not against TOS...

Having a second account to benefit your main account ( start V’s & heal for example ) is! You spent all that money maxing cap skill and stats, all to reset because of cheating 😂

It’s sounding like Nick won’t show mercy based on all the comments you guys made. Now I wish I actually read the TOS prior playing this game. I worked hard hopping hundreds miles to the nearest airport. And all that code punching time to a waste. 😓

😂😂 what the hell are you smoking this evening? Whether he deserved it or not, he’s not getting that account back...at least not in the state it was in prior to the ban.
And if/when he gets reset, there’s no coming back from that.

Depends on how much money you spend. We all know certain players who were reset and then restored. As for new players, cheating is only allowed if you’re a veteran👍🏻
