You wait for them to run out...and continue your war the next week. I'm sorry, but you're not going to convince me this provides unlimited usage for the majority of players out there.Night wrote:
Yes but with the availability of loot and the unlimited ramge you could easily have 100s used against you. How can you counter that? Can someone explain to me how killing someone's stamina stops a war? You spend 10 don points...and you're back where you started. More than likely, if you're in a war, you're dropping don points on stamina already. Never been in a war that I didn't do a few stamina refills.
It's not like this is an unlimited item...if someone is using it on you, eventually they will run out.

I'm sorry you're stuck fighting someone who spends a crapload on this game. But that's the nature of the game since the beginning...those who spend a lot of money on the game have always been able to do better than those who didn't. I'm a slightly above-average player...I've been collecting loot since the beginning. For typical UNCOMMON items, I have between 10 and 20 of each. And I haven't been in a war since loot came out, so I haven't spent any. Having 10-20 of these items would go VERY quickly in a war. And most wars last weeks. So you tell me the problem here.youve obviously never met somone like 👊TheBoss👊

The new item provides players with small mobs a modicum of extra defense against players with large mobs who have no sense of moderation. There are players here with 10K+ mobs who have no problem with taking 20, 30, even 50 turfs in one shot from a significantly weaker player. The dead horse's head offers the weaker players a means to stop such tactics long enough to tear down turfs, save some hard earned cash and build later or elsewhere. Having once lost nearly 50 turfs to one player (for no reason other than being in the wrong place at the wrong time) in 30 hours, I can see the benefit of the new loot.

Maybe it's just for today?
-
Just wait till PETA gets wind of this loot.
-
This loot is amazingly useful! It gives us new tactics to this game.

No... Because big spenders have a huge advantage with Don points and refills for staminaI think y'all are over reacting a little. How do you know there's no other loot to counter it?
IMO, a stam refiller would be far more unbalancing than a stam killer.
And just think what you could do if you looted stam refills like medkits. ESPECIALLY the big spenders that have maxed their stamina. I had over 30 medkits at one point
Imagine if I had 30 stam refills? And I only have 100 stamina.

I think both items should be rare. And I like the idea of a timer. 1 use per 24 hours.
-
I got one! It looks pretty beast!

So starting wars = douchery?
It's generally the idiots that targeted with the "100's" you mentioned. Not the average player.
And as Night pointed out, these things would go do fast in a war ti would hardly have an impact.

I do agree that the horse head will make war more difficult and it's not impossible. Just takes more time like night was saying, which is understandably frustrating when most people want immediate results. I think you just have to plan more and be more patient. Expect that your enemy has horse heads. And I don't know that the point is to always be at war. This isn't risk. Maybe Nick's point is that large empires should be able to coexist peacefully.

I'm glad loot is common for you. The only common loot for me is chainsaws, brass knuckles, stiletto knives, & glocks. I only got my first police map last week. I'm not complaining, I'm just not seeing the "commonness" of it.The Rhino wrote:
10 per head sounds fair. As common as loot is all of stamina is way too muchPutz wrote:
...At most it should reduce stamina by 10 if it has to stay, or as I said before should only effect a player once in 24 hours. I recon you would get used to a horse head in the bed if you had one delivered 15 times a day!We need the canoli equivalent...
-
I've had 3 maps since the beginning.
I just got my 6th UB.
And I rarely waste any energy.
It seems only the big spenders are going to be the ones getting lots of these items. For the commoner not spending a lot of money, this will help in the fight against the big spenders.
And if the big guys with lots of horse heads want to use them incessantly on the lower folks, they will oden widen the gap in playability against other players.

The horse's head will be damaging to me as I REFUSE to spend money on this game IMO people who spend thousands on this game need to REALLY get a life. After all it's just an app, just because you have capo of NYC, hong kong, london etc (no offence to the respective capo) should not mean the world to you remember there is a REAL LIFE also

If you're going up against someone who spends 1000's, you don't stand a chance anyway.
They have dozens of cement sg=hoes, dozens of car bombs, maxed stats, spend w/o limit on refills...
The horse's head will be inconsequential.

I still think y'all are overreacting.
This will only add another dimension to the game. It won't destroy balance any more than any other feature.
