As a fan of the original comic this one went a little too far off script. The entire reason for the destruction in the comic was to impress a chick

I feel the same but they departed from comic canon awhile ago and big time with infinity war. Like stormbreaker for example. I just try to take the movies for what they are now. Overall I was happy. Some nice fan service in Endgame.

Even though they didn’t really follow the comics I’d say the movies were still pretty good

Ending:
All the avengers bodies lie dead underneath thanos as he is about to snap his fingers again. But then 3 portals open, out walks Ben Afflecks Daredevil, Ryan Reynolds Green Lantern, and George Clooney’s batman. With the combined power of all 3 they defeat thanos and bring everyone back to life.
