I sympathized more with Cersei and the Lannisters tbh, Daenerys has always been really arrogant and never deserved power and achieved it through rather lame ways. I’ll be glad when the new Queenslayer comes, *cough* *cough* Aegon Targaryen.

the hound vs the mountain was the best part. The episode was so predictable, I saw it coming. Just like his father 😂.

I really enjoyed the first two episodes of season 8, everything after that ranged from decent to straight ass.
Anyone know what exactly the last shot of Jon and the Freefolk was meant to imply? Was he simply escorting them home or is he leaving to live beyond the wall with them? I like the idea of him being King of the Freefolk and him still muttering “I dunt want it” at every possible opportunity.

Overall I thought it was a decent season.
I think all the hype behind this final season destined it to be somewhat disappointing.
I like the end for many characters, including Tyrion, Sansa, Ariya, Davos, Jamie and Cersei, etc.
The ending for Danny and John was anticlimactic and disappointing. But seemed fitting for how Martin has written the rest of the story. Not surprising.
Bran? That was tough to swallow and was the most disappointing for me. Most useless and worst character on the show.
