I had an account 5 years ago but don’t know my password and don’t use the email address linked with it .. anybody know what to do??

First off, you went through the hassle of asking for a new invite code BEFORE trying to get your old account back?

I have messaged them and got a reply saying that have the username and temporary password... this is where I’m stuck... do I need to reset my current account so I can log back into my old and?

You also need to have support remove your new account from the current device and reinstall the app.

After the new account is removed and the software is reinstalled you should be able to log in with the old account info

Should He ask them to remove it via email because he tried deleting the app and reinstalled it but was still logged in..

No reset needed. Ask support to remove the account on his phone. Use feedback from the account that is on the phone.

This is true.... scumbag helped me and gave me some hench. Wasnt much, 100 if i remember right, but still a nice thing to do. Said it was for my troubles.

You need to use the proper terminology.
Ask to have your account DISASSOCIATED with the device the app is currently installed on.
If not messaging support through the app itself, you will have to provide certain detailed information about the device in question, so be sure to have the device handy.
Good luck. On a separate note, I would suggest a name change to “blue”. Because you’ll be the one in the corner holding your breath waiting for support to actually respond.👍🏻

Goats dont carry sysop. Ive never used protection and this rash only comes back during times of high stress but the dr says theyre not related, the medicated lotion is just for dry skin.

It’s ok. I stole the goats and sold your sister to NIH as a human lab rat.
Funny thing is, I think she has a far better quality of life than when she was stuck in the house of horrors you kept her in. At least you need some form of ID to gain access to NIH
