No ads in Georgia either. I will not spend money on something I cannot possess or a service that isn’t needed. Period. Y’all can pay to play all you want. My money has priorities.

In Clash of Clans the game once and a while drops 25 gems for free and there are lots of opportunities to build a little in game cash without spending actual dollars.
Clash makes a ton of money for the developers. Nick, stop dealing with Flurry and build an in-house way for casual players to earn free DP.
More casual players equals more real dollars from more committed players.

Clash does have a good business model.

Except that i have spend alot more money on tw than i ever did on clash of clans and i dont even play it anymore.

At the end of the day if i like an app i thank the developer for their effort and ingenuity by putting some money into it. I appreciate the entertainment value it provides. Like tipping good for a good experience after eating somewhere.Agreed. And for the last 3-ish years, I have paid exactly what the service, his ingenuity, and effort in that time frame deserved.

Has anyone been able to get points anywhere? I've been to 5 different states in the past few days and nothing. Is nick stroking out?
-
I could swear that the free points came about because of an Apple requirement for a game like this.
-
As much as I’d like to blame nick and his apathy in general for this, this is almost definitely an issue on the Flurry Side of things. I am sure Nick et al have been in contact with Flurry and are trying to get to the bottom of it. God knows he doesn’t want to listen to you group of dingleberries pissing and moaning non stop to him about this shit.
It would be nice if he made a simple comment stating that he’s working on it but meh, this is about par for the course in that regard. His communication/customer service skills have never exactly been stellar.
It’s tough to complain though when you’re playing for free. I still somehow manage to find a way to do it though.😜 -
Support write back to me and I got a rather generic response saying add aren't currently available in my region. It also advised me to download the app again. I have already reset twice. No sense bitching .. It is what it is!! Fortunately I purchased points recently. I do think it will negatively impact the length of time new players will stick around though. 🤷🏼♂️

I can’t help but think that this kind of issue is something that me, if I was coming in as a new player, would be looking at it as a deal breaker to stay playing. How can nick expect new players to stay if it seems apparent that you need to pay-to-play? I know I wouldn’t have stayed at the start if there were no free points each day. Most other apps offer some kind of daily incentive to keep looking on. If you want to advance faster, you buy points. Who the heck would download an app that you can ONLY get points by having to buy them?
-
I didnt pay at the start and my profile sucked. It wasnt the game that made me play but when someone wiped me out and was a dick about it that kickedstarted the competitive flame in me to sink some money into the game. Nick had nothing to do with it. In short we should be kicking some noob ass! 😈
