The file name is whatever you want it to be. (just keep the extension please) That's the name you will use to link to the image in the wiki. "Browse" lets you pick a file from your local computer to upload.

Ate it usually is done on the computer. I'm not sure if it'll work with iPods. Look at my wiki page and find the link "Turd Wars Screenshots". Go to that and I have a quick tutorial of how to put photos up.
