After reading about people being mugged for their coats in Chicago (wtf btw) I think we should start a life back post for them.

Hack 1: rather than spend 40 quid of expensive waterproof socks that the muggers can see. Spend 2 quid and wear normal socks BUT place a condom over each foot before you put on your shoes. I advise the natural feel or ribbed ones.

Hack 2: if a mugging is in avoidable is where a jumper that says these condoms are used with an arrow to your feet.
Unless they are a pervert you might lose your wallet and phone BUT they won't take the condoms on your feet meaning yes you still walk home mugged but you at least have dry feet

Don’t make up stories about people beating you up while they’re yelling “MAGA country.” If anyone were ever to use that term, it’d definitely not be in Chicago.
