Help: payment not going through

I don't know where else to post this. I've made a purchase a few days ago for 100 respect points and the money has gone through, I've got a receipt, but I have yet to receive the points. What's up with that, is the system broken or did I get scammed?

Bless your heart. This is the 2nd time you've asked for help and you still haven't figured out that there's a forum named "Help".
Well before princess Nexx shows up with his very UNhelpful 2 worded catchphrase let me point you in the right direction.
I'm not sure exactly what you bought and didn't receive but there is no one in these forums that can help you. You need to contact support and ask them what's up.
Use the feedback button at the top of your home screen to contact support and get this straightened out.

The help forum seemed more like a forum for sharing tips and tricks to get better at the game, not exactly for asking help on an issue like this.

Did you purchase through the app or TW/meanfreepath website? If you purchased through app, you can file a dispute with Apple/google store and may get faster response times.
