The game is what you make it. I understand that there aren’t as many active players as there once was and that the forums aren’t all that active. But this game allows for you to set your own goals and play the way you want to play. It may not be what it once was, but at least it’s not like Game of War / Mobile Strike where you have to spend at least $100 a month to survive.

I was trying to say that I like this game more than those two for the very reason you pointed out (spending a lot just to survive). Those games consumed my money and time. I don’t feel like this is that kind of a game.

I played mobile strike and the only time I paid for shit was one of the Christmas specials that was a steal. $20 got me like $500 worth of upgrades. It was too good to pass up even with my refusing to pay to play. That game had too much in it to keep up with. I was doing really good and took over for all of 2 minutes. I got high enough to hold my own then they went cybernetic and reset my shit and I was pissed.
