I heard it was 4 (maybe 3) sisters in a limo on their way to a surprise party for their sister who wasn’t in the limo, but, I too could have misunderstood. I heard this from a different source.

False. I tweet “omg ppl just died in front of me”, then SnapChat it, then take pictures for my personal camera roll. Then, I call 911, then help if I feel like it because that’s already a lot of work.
