8.2 is the limit for 1inf turfs. Pretty much what Kill Bill said. Nothing special. I can make 8.2 in parts of Quebec, Quebec thanks to Evca coming in a planting around 30-50 turfs.

I don't think that's true. I think it'd be pretty cheap if I dropped a turf at my house that would make $9k at 84 inf.

Actually, I think the price is based on the influence of other turf in the immediate area. It's very consistent no matter what your own total influence is.
