More than 86 influence

I’ve been seeing some turfs that are more than 86 influence, some up to 120+. How do i get those?

Or 276 if you have Dunn in your name and own every mob member and then some.

Once you aquire loot items to raise your influence i can help lay down some flowers for you lay that beautifull loot down and aquire additional income by planting all your loot on top of my turf and taxing me at 86 influence
