So im transferring schools, to a place better recognized and with better opportunity, and this morning i went to go get my transcript.
I thought GPA doesnt go higher than a 4 but according to my transcript im a 4.5. Am i reading it wrong or? -

possible courses of action:
1. go to google.com and search “how can my gpa be above a 4.0?”
2. if you have an apple device, ask siri the same question as #1.
3. go to your counselor/academic office unannounced, kick down the door, walk up to the desk, slam your transcript on the table, point at your gpa, look the counselor/receptionist/academic advisor in the eyes and calmly say “what the fuck”
4. if all the above fail, create a new thread in the Turf Wars forum asking the question in #1. -
5.0 is now the highest GPA. AP and IB classes are above 4.0

Wait, are you in college or HS? A 4.0 in college is straight A’s. Some schools have A+ and offer the possibility of a greater than 4.0 GPA. When I went to ASU, I had something like a 4.2 GPA, which went down to a 4.0 ehen I transferred to a different school. Many HS also grade higher than 4.0 with AP classes.
