Anyone can stay at a low level and accumulate turf over time. His mob is irrelevant. He cause use it without leveling up which he clearly doesnt want to do. It would be just as easy to stay lvl one and plant turf whereever you go. Why punch codes?

Mobbing and getting turf without leveling is easy. Noone says you have to fight. It would be difficult to hop, and you cant use airports but its easy enough to do.

Again, mobing up is pointless of time if your goal is to stay low level so people cant cap you. Every time you attack you would level up.

I don't know for sure, but it seems like the goal is to be a top fighter. If high-level players attack, they almost always lose because of don protection; & if low-level players attack, they lose because of mob size. That's why punch codes, I think.👉😵

We cant level him up if he doesnt do a mission or attack someone. His xp will just stack, you can see on his profile his xp is already over whats needed to level up.
