How do we know that the Nick that recently posted is actually Nick?

Is he still involved in MFP? If he’s not, did he violate TOS by letting someone else post as him?

Nick is not a person, but a title in MFP. The real Nick was removed from the company by the board of directors. As to not cause panic in this multi billion dollar corporation, they began calling the lead position "Nick". Whomever takes the role is referred to as Nick in the company. Carry on, and buy more respect points.

Nick hides under his desk wrapped in his Star Wars blankie hoping his mummy brings more tendies soon. Nick’s mummy is not happy. She remembers the good times when Nick’s little game use to pay for her Sailor Jerry and Dunhills she’d offer her gentleman callers. Alas the suitors disappeared when Nick spoiled his little game and all the money dried up. Now Nick’s mummy has to buy store brand tendies and even then only every other week. Poor poor Nick. Poor poor Nick’s mummy. If only he hadn’t spoiled the game.
