For those who don’t know (pretty much all of you lol) I love to fish, I’m a huge fisherman. I don’t care if it’s piers, surf, rock, lake, pond, creek, or a puddle. If I can catch something I will 😂
But the other day I bought some HUGE hooks, way bigger than I normally get (forgot the actual size) but I have 100 or 150 lbs mono (forgot which again)
And I’ve been craving that big one. My plan is to go out on some rocks at the beach that go out into the ocean and have a bloody mackerel on a line. My biggest hook up like that was a 40lb yellowfin tuna but it snapped my line when I was about to grab it (hence why I switched to something stronger)

What’s your guy’s favorite fish to catch? What’s your set up like? What kind of fishing do you prefer? (Lake/pond/pier/etc)

When a cold front comes through I go to a spot where I limit out in red fish in about an hour. Best feeling in the world

Rainbow trout in lakes. I like playing around with crawdads too while I’m there.

I like surf fishing. Striped bass put up a nice fight. Also go out on party boats here n there but haven’t fished a lake or stream in years

When I go fishing I go in the water naked..I catch all kinds of small 🐠 with my, you know what👍..I jump in on a hot day ( which is awesome cause it’s hot-n-humid) sit there on my water proof recliner with plenty of beer. Make sure if you do wait it out..wear plenty of sun screen👍💪🏻

I would love that. There’s Californian groupers but I don’t think they’re even half the size of the Goliaths

I don’t need sun screen hahaha
I don’t get burnt. Can be fishing out all day like from sun rise to sun set and just get tanned.
Besides, there was a study that showed that sun screen does more damage than the actual sun rays it’s supoosed to protect you from

Have you seen the YouTube movie where they catch a shark about 6ft long and as they get it to the boat a goliath grouper swallows that son bitch whole 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I used to know a girl like that she would sink it to the hilt then pop your nuts into her cheeks like a hamster. I miss her so much

I don’t like fishing cause I’m a wimp and can’t unhook a fish without suffering for it. But I’m all ways down for brews on the beach.

Scientists have been saying for decades that fish don’t feel pain
The most recent study was sometime in February or March of this year and they still concluded their brain can’t register pain signals

I’ve never caught and released. Real country is getting limit every trip and eating them.

Out here on the west coast there’s a lot of different things to catch but a lot of the fish I’ve eaten doesn’t really taste that good to begin with.
Of course the big beasts are always delicious 😂👌
But even I release the ones I’m not willing to eat. I honestly love catching rays though. Had kept one in a fish tank too for a long time. Cute little things but also very delicious. I love eating rays.
