Is General Discussion the best forum to find people near you in this game? Because with so many people inactive, it’s like conquering nations from a bunch of kings that are already dead. I was wondering if this forum is the best one for asking “Hey, anyone near _______?”

... choose the ‘Fight’ option from the Main Menu. The game looks for the closest players to you and is a good way to figure out what players are geographically close by.

Message them, send them to ER, flatten a turf and car bomb their loot. If they don't respond they are probably not active.

This is usually my go to. If their last turf is over a week or two old that’s a green light to be capped.

Some may disagree but in other games if you are gone for a week or two you will be kicked out of your group.
