What are your turf limits? Mine is 27 and I have 35 turf, would it be better to tear down some turf and hop to a place where I could cap turf or stay where I am and build?

Check turf incomes. Destroy low incomes and rebuild in higher income areas.

Mobility is something you're always going to want unless you're in an area where the turf density is such that you can cap your way from place to place. After you've got the mob to support that kind of activity, of course.
