There was a time when people use to pay good money to play and the dev made money on this game.
How things have changed in the last few years and all it took is a couple of bad game changes.

I estimate that there’s many s dozen players that still pay to play and keep the lights on.

Punching doesn’t make you an active player. I didn’t punch for years either. I can see you are still moving around the globe at least so i assume you except invites. That is probably the same play as 85% of the game.

A complicated question...

1) Those who are hard-core everyday users like many used to be?

2) Those who check in fairly often and have time to step up if needed?

3) Newbies who may or may not be fascinated by the many niche roles one might play in this game?

4) Those who love the game too much to call it quits, but no longer have the time to be really active?

5) Those who return after a long hiatus, just to see what’s happening.

6) Inactive players who haven’t deleted the game, and may check in on rare occasions.

I’d guess there are about 100+ who, at any point in time, are still enthusiastically active. I’d double the number who are active in the forums.

My old clan insisted on being quiet in the forums and speak only on the map.

Probably 1000 cheak in daily but yea 200 that play hard core
