Capping turfs, dead/active players.

Recently ive been exploring capping the turfs of dead players, i came across a large area where there is a player that has 16k influence and only 800 mob. Numerous turfs over 86 influence, 21 if i counted correctly. However he is still active. Do i have the greenlight to cap his turfs, or should i respect his privacy?

You could cap them. You could also just tax them. The choice is yours but at some point you might decide you want to re arrange your turf or you don’t want that many in that specific area at which point you may end up tearing them down anyways. For what it’s worth, it’s never a great idea to put all your eggs in one basket

Im very spread. 40 cities worldwide. More once i get another plane ticket. Just want to know if i should cap turfs with loot on them so i can use the loot items at a later date.
