I assume everyone does CBS but how many times do you refill or run through the missions per day?

When I'm active I'd guess I run CBS about 25 times throughout the day. I usually never refill unless it's a loot week or weekend. Or if I'm very close to gaining a level. Is CBS still the best mission to run?
