1- Is the only way to rename a capture with a Title. Very dumb if it is.
2- If I have 67/57 turf,
Can I tear down and move one?

1. Yes
2. You'd have to tear down 11 turf to be able to move. As long as your count is higher than your limit, you are immobilized except for capping nearby turf.

You can increase your turf limit by visiting the don and bumping up your number from 57 to 68, so you'd have 67/68, and then you can plant a new one.
