AK for combat under 300 yards and reliability and AR for longer range

The AR is heavier, so more usefull as a club.
A knife is more dangerous than a gun, as it never runs out of ammo.

Whatever your more proficient with. An ar is very reliable if you keep up with it. I prefer the ar or the ak because of the longer range accuracy. Close range they'll still knock someone down. Plus it's easier to mount optics and tacticool stuff onto.

I think it’s the other way around. AKs can be buried in mud then pull it out and fireⲋⲏⲩⲧ ⲦⲇⳐⲕⲉⲅⳒⳋ wrote:

This is true. We tested it in Afghanistan with the best to fuck rifles we would find in caches.

Nope that myth has been busted actually, the AR fires with no problem under mud while the AK has to be cleared and loaded after every shot, it’s not as functional as the AREseGrizzly wrote:

I have pulled an ak out of the ground, racked the slide to load it, and shot it on auto until mag was out. I doubt my service m4 could have done that, and I was anal about keeping it clean.

I would say Ak for close combat and AR for tactical and accuracy

Ak all day.
