How to become a capo?

Find a city to plan a lot of turfs. Or check the capo of your city and see how much influence/ turfs he have in the city than plan more than him. Capo is basically who ever have the highest influence in the city

Don't get too tied up worrying about being capo of any cities. In the grand scheme of things, being capo really doesn't mean much in the game. I got obsessed with that when I first started playing too, then quickly realized all the effort wasn't worth it. Just concentrate on punching codes to grow your mob...

Use your local capos for advise and start recognizing friends and foes in your area and align yourself with whichever fits your style of play. New players can really help this game. 😉

This. Capos don't mean shit . Honestly, the less you worry about them the more you will have eventually by playing the game. There is no pride in controlling something nobody is fighting for in this game. Now..... if you can control an entire airport...... now that's something!
