Well now I'm ✌"Officialy"✌ on apples official os. Jailbroken since around the beginning of this year, I had an app screwup that bricked my iPod and left me with a boot screen in an ever continuing reboot. I downloaded an app from cydia and it claimed to not use this certain feature for iPod touch 2g and iPhone 3G. Like an idiot, I proceeded to check yes and when I tried to respring, it bricked. Just kept sticking on the apple logo and never bringing up anything else. Looked it up on the internet, and the only fix is to restore. So goodbye to all my apps tha I bought and never synced to my computer. Oh well atleast I have my turf wars back.

It don't matter if you didnt sync them.just go to iTunes store on pc and buy the apps they'll be free coz it'll say already purchased because apple have records of your purchases

There is a jailbreak for 4.1. called greenpoison it worked easy and fast for me and i have a ipod touch2g. Look up the tutorial on youtube

Pretty sure paid apps are ok to download again for free as long as it's from the same account. 👍

Yeah but it's not showing them on my iPod as free. Its just the normal $ sign

Yeah it does that but you do it as if you were buying it then when it goes to home screen with the app saying waiting a thing pops up saying you've already purchased this to downlooad for free click ok.

Probably syncing it with iTunes everyday.
I rarely sync since I'm never on the computer. I think the last time I synced was on our laptop which isn't functional (need a new charger) in like September.

Well sorry if you laugh at my idiocy. I havnt had these issues come up (such as redownloading paid apps) in over a year.
