So I cap a guys ub and he retailiates with about 5 car bombs killing all of my upgrades even the ub he has yet to respond to a polite message I sent him asking why he car bombed me so vigorously.

Can you really blame him? I mean you cap his UB and when he retaliates (in probably the only way he can) you then cap him even more. That's borderline bullying.
