People are just assuming worst case every time. The vast majority of the time, it'll mill something useless or improve their next draw. Yeah, there'll be the odd time it's an auto-lose, but that'll be pretty rare. The are more playable options at all stages of the game. The only saving grace is its stats for its cost.
