some pretty awesome knives here! I have a Chris Reeve Sebenza, almost feels like a bit of a waste because i'm too afraid to use it. how do you benchmade guys get over using an expensive knife?
-
i would say if you have the money to blow on it then use it, no matter what knife or price. dont buy it to keep on a shelf or in a drawer. at least carry it just in case you might need it. certainly different knives have different purposes so you might carry them at different times but if i spend $100 or $2,000 Im still going to carry and use the knife.

I have a "USGladius" it's design is based on the ancient Roman gladius short sword but a 6.5 inch blade

I have a K-Bar...does that count? Lol

I don't use the benchmades much honestly. At least not in a utility sense. I don't edc them and I dont beat them up. I beat up the cold Steels. That's why I have so many. Cold steel has good build quality for the price. They just have a few fit and finish issues sometimes.some pretty awesome knives here! If you have a benchmade they have a program where you send it back to them and they'll sharpen and clean them up for you.★DΞICIDΞ★ wrote:

i do like the microtech socom and halo v knives.

ok.... william henry had a pocket knife listed for $45,000.00 thats ridiculous. 2000 is probably tops i would pay for a pocket knife. i realize its considered more for art than just being a practical knife but screw that. again... if i had 45k to blow on a pocket knife... i'd damn sure carry it :)

I've been carrying the same Gerber knife I found on Miramar beach 9 years ago. Don't know the specific model. Most useful and durable free thing I've ever come across.
