Im skinny... I dont like it though, any ways to cover up the bone?? besides getn fat? Please....

Haha my older brother uses em, hes skinnier than meXD might tho, ive been workn out for like 6months consistantly and have just got my arms big... My chest and stomach are still boney >_< i need to fix this.

I'm skinny and smashed protein and creatine for 6 months and put on 10kg. Might not sound much but I was 65kg at the start so not a bad percentage gain. Lots of food aswell. Doesn't matter what type as long as it's not mac d's but the healthier the better. Get a training partner aswell and push each other. Even if it's an hour sesh each day all adds up. That's my 2 cents and I'm sure you'll get more opinions aswell. Make it fun and it won't seem like a chore and don't get disheartened when it's not an instant change.

Don't try and gain weight. My brother did that and now he has a gut. I have remained the same weight for 13 years. I work out indirectly as my job is very physical so I have muscle. But I am tone, haven't hit 30 yet but im confident I'll keep my figure because i never put on artificial weight. Lift weights and eat healthy regulary. You will notice the difference. Protien shakes and creatine fill you with water which will become flab.

My advice is simple: work out, protein shakes and eat a balanced, low fat diet.
Don't take steroids or anything silly like that. -
If u can't afford all these supplements every takes...go jailhouse workout with it...I'm sure u watch TV...so do push ups & sit-ups during commercials, go to fatigue on push ups then go to ab work...also do them 1st thing in the morning & b4 u got to bed...if ur doing this along with workouts ur sure to get bigger...don't over do it in the morning & night tho...ur body needs to recover to grow...& if u use supplements, u gotta have the right ratio of carbs to protien for it to be effective 3 to 1...I've been working out for over 20yrs...& I'm former pro athlete so my body was my life...if u need help pm me & I can definitely set u wit a bomb wkout!!!!
