I was just reading nsa's post I'm new to this game so I've been attacking weaker turf's around mine turf's as much as I can to get money and experience but I don't want to be bullying let me know what you think thanks

Looks like all of the weaker players near you are probably inactive; so they probably won't mind...or even notice.

Generally you want to attack the player, not the players turfs. But like touchofdeath said, if they're not complaining then fire away!
