OK stupid noob question. How do I move from my circle. When I played parallel kingdom I could jump to a different circle. Doesn't seem to be the same here lol

You can only build inside the green circle. That green circle represents your location (or your current turf location). To build elsewhere you have to go somewhere else or turf hop to a new location.

To enlarge your green planting circle, put it turf and upgrade it at the edge of your planting area. You will now be able to plant a turf away from your original position and you can plant a turf and tear down the one you previously used. This is turf hopping
