It takes alot of strength to quit, so i have alot of respect for anyone that has quit so well done omnius!, and jay k you can do it if you really want to, alot of people quit because they think they should which is good, but you got to actually want to quit too.

i bought myself a pair of turtle beach headphones, knowing that they are gonna cost me about a week of no money, so i wont have the cash to buy any tomorrow, and ive timed it so that black ops will come out just when my cravings get really bad (ive tried to quit before) so i can use that as a distraction :) so i got high hopes this time round! :D

I quit 5 months ago and am now on an e-cig.... Still get the nicotine but none of the tar and shit that comes complete with a smoke... I can actually run now without near heart attack

I have tried and tried and tried. I'm smoking right now. 😞 My daughters 2nd birthday is just over a week away and I HAVE to quit then. Wish me luck.....

Eh, I quit 5 years ago cold turkey, piece of cake. I only smoked for 2 years though. I guess the longer you've done it, the harder it is to quit.

Well my first full day went well, I ended up turning on my mic and screaming at my team mates yesterday on mw2 lol! I normally just find the game funny lol! Well done to all that have quit in the past, I smoked for 8 years so this is gonna be difficult but alas it's only as difficult as I make it I guess :)

Today might be difficult though, have had a very stupidly ridiculus morning, first my alarm clock didn't go off till an hour later! Then I slipped while carrying my freshly boiled tea across the living room, and now I'm at college and first lesson is maths grrr! Lol
