I'm planing on rekting and hunting 2 ppl that made it impossible for me to play on my old account now I have one of them near me but 7kish mob the other is a little father away with 5kish mob both have turf in same areas and everything who to hit first?

I would start with the one on the left. Gives a big strategic advantage, especially if it starts raining

Ok, ditto on not sure what "rekting" is! Haha but honestly first you need to mob up like crazy and/or join a good family who will have your back and help you in a Vendetta. Then I'd either hit the one with smallest mob (easier to take) or the one who was meanest to you unless there was no difference. Hope that helps!
