  I used to only do CBS. In a year of doing CBS (when I was playing everyday), I got 1 cannoli. When Christmas loot ended I started only doing burglary. I've now got 6 cannoli & I've looted 3 or 4 police maps & a couple consigliere (plus plenty of other misc loot). I just sell the upkeep weapons I loot. Free money is always good.

  1 cannoli for an entire year? Seems like bad luck on your end, if I constantly run CBS I usually will get ~1 cannoli a week, more or less.
